Good and thorough

Great service and good staff.

SEE MY EDIT AT END. Great experience and great price for what they did for us. We needed two new rims put on our motorhome, plus one of the current tyres to replace the spare. They had to pre-order another new tyre; we supplied the rims. Long story short, it was more complicated than that, which took over an hour and a half but did not cost an arm and a leg. Very happy. A note though, which did not concern us when we discovered it - we were charged $15 for tyre disposal but no tyres were disposed of - all went back on the MH, one as a missing spare, plus the new one. We were quoted $15 more for the new tyre they supplied than what they charged us, so it kinda evened out, and they did such a great job we did not bother contacting them about it. We assume it was just an oversight. No big deal. Thanks, guys. We're back on the road again.EDIT: Two days later, at Timber Creek, we felt a wobble. On checking the front wheel, two nuts were loose, one so loose that two turns had it off!! We tightened the nuts and set off again. At Kununurra they are still tight. I'd hate to think what would have happened if it had come off at 90 kph. Experience downrated from 5 to 3 stars.

Amazingly helpful bloke sorted us out with a new tire and rim in no time despite us being complete small fry compared to the massive semi's that were also pulled up there.

Keeping it real

We are backpackers and we have travelled all around Australia. Tuff tyres are the best we have seen so far. We bought two second hand tyres. Cheap, quick, professional. They took the time to answer our question. We definitely recommend them more than any other in town.
