Fantastic! Such lovely customer service - I asked to have my jeans taken up within 2 hours on a Saturday and she obliged, even though it was so busy. Really appreciated it and she did a great job

I bring all my repairs and alterations here. The owner is lovely and will always give you the price quote up front. She will also be really honest with you about what can and can’t be done with an item. She does brilliant work and I know I can always trust her!

The lady is nice but the service was very poor. She told me the wrong pick up time twice and the end product was bad. It felt rushed and with NO attention to details. I will have to take my garment to another alteration place to fix what was done. Definitely not coming back.

A brilliant tailoress, I take all my clothes (my daughter takes hers too) to be perfectly fitted by Liliane for a reasonable price! As a non-standard size, I find that Liliane understands clothes and how they should fit to suit. Even with something as minor as a hem she judges the best length to suit non-standard legs!

Got my pants altered over here. Job was done quick, efficient and well fit. Price is the same as any other clothing alteration place in the eastern suburbs

I don’t even want to give this place a star. I came in last week and gave the lady my leopard print dress to take in and hem. She asked me for $47 straight up and I said I’ll pay when I collect in a week. A week later on my birthday the day I planned to wear my dress to a dinner I came in to find that she hadn’t started! She lied and said she had cut it but not stitched it yet and asked me to come back later. I said I can’t wait I have to go to my dinner and asked for my dress back which low and beyhold wasn’t even cut like said it was! Had to change my bday out fit last minute not to mention she was charging me more then the dress cost and wouldn’t take the price down after expecting me to wait for a dress she had for a week!

Best alterations in the eastern suburbs! This is the only place I trust to do my designer alterations. The lovely lady there does an exceptional job and the attention to detail is top notch. Very accommodating with last minute alterations and getting them done quickly.

I have been taking clothes here for 6 years and now I won’t go anywhere else. Lilian is very knowledgeable when it comes to the best fit and shape and her attention to detail is great. I take all my clothes to her now to get adjusted to fit me perfectly. My husband also takes all his suits to her too as she is better than the one Boss and Armani recommend when we get suits from them. The only negative is sometimes the alterations can take a couple of weeks as she gets busy but good quality tailoring is worth the wait and when I went to the place in Westfield Mall as I was in a hurry I had to pay to get them done again by Lilian as nothing was done correctly and it was more expensive. So I highly recommend this place for great alterations and service.
