Very helpful staff. Really feel that the staff are very sincere whenever I asked them for help. I guess being a country town, not many people write google reviews for this. Hence if I can give more stars for this store would more than willing to do so. will definitely come back for more purchases

The woman on the front counter with multi coloured hair is rude unfriendly and will be a drag on the business, Sunbury is only 25 minutes down the road

You gotta love local family owned businesses! Additionally ones that have a huge range of quality products, friendly well-informed staff and competitive prices. Find me another hardware store like this one and you'll be looking until your hair falls out and you're 6ft under!Absolute ripper of a hardware store.

It just doesn't feel right, not sure why, it just doesn't. I've never been a fan in the last 20+ years I've gone here and don't think I ever will be. If there was an alternative........
