Everything you expect from a good hotel stay. The room is clean and comfortable, the things in the room are working and there is a window I can open when I want to turn off the air conditioning. The staffs are pleasant, positive and friendly when being approached which have made a real difference. Thank you and I have really enjoyed my stay.

First time staying at the Sage hotel and was pleasantly surprised we were upgraded to a family room. Which included a second room with a kitchen and living room. Good location, right next to the stadium and beach. Worth a visit. If you would like enclosed parking it costs $20 a night. There is paid and free parking outside also.

We stayed in executive King bed suite with balcony for a weekend. Everything was good, the room and some public facilities was a bit old as mentioned in other people’s comment but it was still in an acceptable condition considering the price we paid was relatively cheaper than other hotel stays you can find in Wollongong , our room was tidy and clean. Not sure if it’s the same with other room types.

Excellent position and wonderful customer service. The suite was enormous as was the balcony. The amenities were very good. The view was divine, overlooking the sea, and town, close to shops and restaurants with the stadium across the road. The restaurant/bar onsite has an excellent menu. Highly recommended!!

As someone who has been staying at the Sage Hotel in Wollongong regularly since February 2022, I can confidently say that it is a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.First and foremost, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It is situated close to the Win Stadium, which is perfect if you're in town for a sporting event or concert. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area, which makes it a great choice for foodies. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, which is a huge bonus if you're looking to soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff at the Sage Hotel are also top-notch. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and happy. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Some of the rooms have recently been updated, giving them a fresh, modern look that is both stylish and inviting. Overall, I've found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained.All in all, I can't recommend the Sage Hotel in Wollongong highly enough. From its unbeatable location to its friendly staff and comfortable rooms, it truly has everything you could want in a hotel. If you're planning a visit to Wollongong, be sure to check it out - you won't be disappointed!

We stay with the sage for work trips. They are our preferred accommodation provider for south coast trips & for the most part they are excellent. The staff are helpful, efficient & pleasant to deal with & the rooms are a good size with great views over the water & the city or the water & the neighbouring golf course. The location is excellent for us as they are a short walk to restaurants & bars & the stadium if you are in town to catch a game. The only problem I have is with the centralised booking call centre. Until recently, when we called we went directly through to reception at Wollongong & we never had any problems booking this way. Unfortunately, Next Hotels sent the reservations to an off shore call centre & now it takes a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes on the phone to make the rep understand that we have a corporate account & a different rate. Today I was not even able to make a booking as the rep I spoke to hung up on me when I asked for the direct number for reception at Wollongong. So we are booking elsewhere this time so I can actually get accommodation for my staff heading down south.

Good location, near town centre and easy access to beach. Only stated 1 night so didn't try pool or other amenities. Had executive rm with balcony, excellent size but no frills, probably a little pricey for quality of hotel. Staff were polite and helpful
