Great place to shop in Melbourne, you will find everything here, all brands and always great deals going on here. I bought so many shoes, dresses, Chocs and accessories in my short 2 month stay in Melbourne.

Customer service from JOE and 2 other staff was bad he kept getting my number wrong 5x and he kept saying SO sorry can you do your job properly and not inconvenience the customers with your own mistakes it reflects on you. Usually. Coach is on point but this time round the customer service failed miserably. The staff member kept hovering me around the store it was cringy and clearly thinks the dinning table belongs on parking spot. Keep cleaning the veranda windows looking for women.

This review is for Lu and only Lu.I walked into the DFO on Saturday the 14th January 2023. While there I asked for some assistance on a particular shoe and sizes available. Even though the service from this one particular representative was ok. She also told me that there was no shoe available in my size. So I decided to visit the City store. While there I was told that DFO southwarf had my size in stock. So I ended up calling the DFO store. I spoke to Lu. Lu ‘s service was spectacular, Lu went over and above to help me to which she found a shoe in my size. By this time I ended up buying another brand due to the previous information which was provided to me. I guess if I got Lu at the start of that morning I would have purchased those shoes while there. Lu is an asset to any organisation and I hope this review finds her well.

I am very surprised and appalled by this brand.Supposedly up there with world famous brands, the quality is very poor. The bag it sells us still in a great condition yet the zip has ripped. I contacted the store but they don't care, they can't do anything about it and it is not easy to find someone who can fix the zip. So their quality is bad and I will not buy Coach products again. I will stick to European brands.

Came into the store with my mother and was served by Gwen, she was lovely and helped my mum choose the bag she was after. Thanks again Gwen for the friendly and amazing customer service, we don’t see that much nowadays.

Just bought new coach for 450 aud and they didn’t wrap it for me and don’t have dust bag. I asked for dust bag but the Chinese lady cashier denied it. They just throw it to carton bag. Really disappointed. They didn’t give authentic card anything either ☹️. Love coach in general but this outlet really disappointed

Absolutely appalled by the staff and service here . i was just about to buy a bag $450 (and was quite excited to do so) I went in with my partner and daughter, The staff members particularly all the Asian staff were all standing amongst each other watching my partner and I and you could see they were speaking about us behind our back . No idea why , maybe we didn’t fit the profile for a typical shopper at coach lol . I had the bag I was going to get put aside for me ready to buy but when I noticed the fact they were watching and speaking about us I had decided I wasn’t going to get the bag anymore as I didn’t want to support their business given the disrespectful and rude behaviour . Not to mention they were super unhelpful , they need basic training in how to be welcoming and kind to customers !! DO. NOT. RECOMMEND!!

Very satisfied shopping at Coach south wharf outlet! Happy with the result! Shopping on Saturday is less crowded compared to Friday.
