I ordered this KFC chicken meal, and when I got home, the meal didn't have the coleslaw and drink inside the bag, and when I opened the box, this is the standard of chicken that they serve, small chicken that is not properly breaded, and the chicken is dark, which means the oil that they used is already old. How does this product get to the product controller or a manager? Are they really doing their job or do they just come to the store and leave? I'm very disappointed! Poor quality of service and product!

Daughter place order via app. Was task to pick up. Guess what, when starting dinner, Origina pieces were there, wicked wings there, one drink and one coleslaw as well..... Zinger Box and whipped potato weren't there.I guess I share the blame without knowing the order.....

Untrained unprofessional staff. I ordered online and went there to pickup. No body knew where’s my order gone. They kept serving other people ignoring me and saying “you must have ordered somewhere else”. I showed them the order receipt but they couldn’t figure out. After 10mins someone from the back came out and handed me a cold, all ready sitting and packed order from the bench, saying this was your. No apologies no hot food. I’m very disappointed with this service. Staff should be trained properly to provide better customer service.

Two young ladies provided me with fantastic service, so amazing in fact I HAD to ask for their names!!!! Elliana and Ellisa went above and beyond and, after serving me in spectacular fashion, gave me a haircut. Thank you so much Elliana and Ellisa for my new fade. They deserve a raise.

Bought two Zinger Hot and Spicy boxes. Walked home 5km expecting to dig into some delicious chicken but no... It was missing the hot and spicy pieces... Disappointing and as I walk and don't drive could not return to complain. Very saddening.

Food is fine. Same as any other kfcBeen there many time as I live near by, always get a zinger box and nuggets. The wait for the food has always been over 25 mins at the best of times. Mind you this is with say 3 other people waiting
