It's not like other aquariums where you can go inside. It is open to the sea. Nothing affects us. You have to walk about 20 minutes inside the bush from the car park to see it. A lots need to improve this .

Amazing place for snorkelling and stunning view from the carpark ! Park at the canal rocks lookout then follow the track on the right for 10min.

Absolutely astounding hidden treasure. It is a natural enclosed swimming and Snorkelling area.

Fantastic spot for a snorkel, especially if the swell is down. Otherwise, swell can wash over rocks, causing a strong current and not so good visibility. Walk is about 10 - 15 minutes on bush track rocks and sand. Recommend wearing shoes. Place gets very busy now, so I recommend going on a weekday out of the school holidays. Also the car park is very small so will likely have to park on road.

The access to the aquarium is relatively easy to get down from the Canal rocks lookout carpark. The path itself is sand and weathered limestone taking you down to a section of the coastline which is protected by the oceans waves. The aquarium itself a larger Rockpools ideal for snorkeling and exploring.Word of advice; carparking is relatively restricted in the carpark,so you have to park on the road

The water is so clear in here, 10 mins walk from car park . Sneakers are necessary.

A 10 min walk down a sandy and at times rocky track to a semi sheltered pool area. The current can be strong at times even though the aquarium is protected by rocky outcrops from the main ocean. Busy on weekends, but an interesting place to visit. Not a lot of open beach. Snorkelling gear a good idea. Interesting place to photograph.

The car park is very small so you will need to park on the road, and a 10-15 min walk to beach.Lovely spot, protected from waves and a bit of sand to sit on.A good spot for snorkeling. If you have dive boots, bring them, as the ground can be quite hard on your feet. This beach is not suitable for little children or people with impaired mobility, as the path to the beach is long, quite steep and rocky.Do not try to come here if you are going barefoot! Also, this is not for relaxing as there’s only a small patch of sand and it’s full of millions of shells from all the sea creatures. There are no amenities like toilets.Don't forget to bring water bottle, especially in summer time.

Parking is a chore in its self, be considered of others and park properly. Pack light, what you take down you have to carry back up. What a walk to get there, kinds feels like your going into the bush to meet an axe murderer, hahha.. the walk is black sand, trees, sharp rocks and kinda steep. Wear sneakers!! Once there the water is amazing, the shore is tiny shells and feels wonderful on your feet. Water was clear and snorkelling was fantastic. Locals jump from particular rocks so follow their lead or you'll meet some coral and rocks in wierd places. Overall absolutely lovely place.

Not much parking unless you go on the road, and a 10 min walk to beach, which will require a bit of agility. Lovely spot, protected from waves and a bit of sand to sit on. Not as many fish as I would have expected when snorkeling.
