Purchased my lounge on the 12th of September was told it would be in with in 3 week. Got a phone call about 2 weeks in saying it will be in start of start of November there was a delay. So finally today we got our long mid November. Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get here after I was told 3 week not 2 month

I received my beautiful Boston 3 Piece leather lounge suite today from the BATHURST store, with electric recliner ends, to say that I am very happy with it, is an understatement. The lounge is perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff were wonderful, and even the delivery driver was great. Thank you, from Rachel Simpson. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a corner lounge suite with recliners on either end 12 months ago. One of the recliners tilted badly to the side after about 3 months and you can't really sit on it. Contacted the store and spoke to Marika. Was told it was the way we sit on the lounge and she would look into it. Nothing was done. I have contacted the store 3 times by phone and twice by email. I am basically being ignored. I'm not sure why you give a warranty if you have no intention of honoring it. Poor quality lounge and terrible customer service.

Very happy with Marica and her team here. My wife and I attended this store back in June, after getting little to no customer service from another furniture store nearby.We spent a considerable amount of time in this store and made many changes to our order along the way. Each change was never an issue for the team.It took close to six months to receive our order, however, the staff always gave me ETA responses via email when I would get in touch with them.It was worth the wait as our lounge and sofa bed look great and is a fantastic addition to our home.Thanks again!
