ADVANCED NAILS

I've been to a lot of different nail saloons in the past and I think Advanced Nails is only good for the basic nail works. They don't have the tools and the skills to do any complicated design, the most difficult work they are capable of are putting diamonds or stars on the nails or use glitter nail polish on part of another nail polish. The place was overly crowded and they wanted cash instead of card. They were quite rough (I got a scratch on one finger which was a bit sore). They put some cream on the upper part of my hand and when my manicure was done my fingers were either super dry or there were sticky patches! They left some nail polish on other parts of my fingers as well. Their English is not very good so I found it very difficult to communicate with them! Because of language problems it was very difficult for me to get what I wanted. I personally wouldn't go back to this place even though the result was just ok" and I will hunt for somewhere better where they can do different designs comfortably

This is the best salon at Rouse hill for pedicures. They do amazing work and the ladies are always lovely. I tend to get the older lady and she always uses the razor on my heels if requested. Her manner is always friendly and i always walk out very happy. They also do hot rock massage and exfoliation on legs/feet. Reccomended. I dont know why they have such a low score. the other nail salons in Rouse are terrible.

Best nail salon in Rouse Hill Town Centre! All the staff are very friendly and never fail to do a good job. The wait can be a bit long on the weekends (but anyone who shows up on a weekend expecting to be done quick is just ridiculous). Been coming here for years, the salon is very clean, they work so hard and I've never been disappointed.

One star is far too high of a rate .worst customer service & their sns is shocking .DONT GO HERE … WORTS PLACE TO SPEND YOUR CASH ON .

I visited Advanced Nails at Rouse Hill today and asked for a shape and paint (mini manicure) and specifically told the nail technician 3 times that I didn’t want the tops/surface of my nails to be filed after I realised they use electric files (small drills). The nail technician then proceeded to file my cuticles with the electric filer, leaving a deep divot in my natural nail near the cuticle and a cut the skin below the cuticle. The table surface was also filthy and work area dirty. I will never return to this nail salon again! Disgusting.

I don't know why but they haven't done blue light on my toe nails while I did pedicure and spend 1 hour sitting there and got late for my office. They did blue light for everyone else except me

1 star is too much.Went in to get my SNS removed. Technician forced my SNS off with a nail tip and ripped and broke natural nail off. If I wanted my natural nails damaged by ripping off SNS I couldn’t done it myself for free. I asked technician to remove SNS with nail polish remover (as it’s usually done) and she bad attitude while continuing to remove SNS.Result is damaged nails, and to top it off THERE’S STILL PATCHES OF SNS LEFT ON MY NAILS. Please choose another salon.

If I could give them a -0 I would.Came here 7 months ago with my mum who is a lovely and kind lady, and some crazy (keep in mind) employee tried was incredibly rude to mum who was just asking questions and requesting a different color as you could see through the color. But the woman aggressively grabbed my mums hands, said nothing and when she did she would say No

absolutely amazing experience! wait time was a little longer than expected, but i was in during a peak so it wasn’t too bad. staff were super nice too. nails were perfect shape and the detailing was crisp, exactly like the picture. amazing price too, would DEFINITELY recommend.
