I recently bought the Rocket Giotto Cronometro Evoluzione R from here and it's been nothing short of amazing! Ahmed helped me from the very beginning, his service was impeccable. You can tell straight away that everyone's focus at Eastlink Espresso is definitely customer service. The Rocket has been a dream of mine for a few years and even designed an area especially for it in my new home build. Ahmed came over and carefully installed and plumbed in my machine and explained everything. The coffee has been divine, and the machine is top class. Excellent service and a great range in store. My Izzo Vivi PID machine suddenly stopped working last Friday. Dropped it off Friday afternoon, got a call with details of what was wrong on Monday morning, got the serviced and fixed machine back Monday afternoon. It runs like new again.Ended up buying a nice knock box while I was there. Happy customer!

I took my machine in for repair as my husband told me it had stopped working whilst I was away. It was on a weekend of course but I was able to book it in online. Took it in Monday morning and 48 hours later I got a call from their technician saying the machine was working just fine and there would be no charge despite testing it for several hours. That is the sort of service that generates trust and goodwill, not to mention many return visitors. Good Job Team!
