We commissioned Joe to design a new family home for a block in WA's South West.He went above and beyond expectations and really took the time to listen to what we wanted and personalise the drawings.The first designs explored the possibilities and opportunities of the site and options for phasing the project.The final concepts utilise passive solar design principles and make the most of the site's northern facing aspect as well as views over to a nearby lake.Joe coordinated the CDC and building permit packages. Through this process, the project was able to skip the lengthy Development Approval process and go straight to Building Permit.Joe was creative in the approach to the concepts and thorough in the Working Drawings and CDC coordination and we highly recommend his services.

We contracted Joe to design and over see renovations to our 1890's Fremantle property. It had been badly added to in the 1970's but was largely intact and heritage listed. After detailed discussions Joe came up with a design. He then negotiated with the City of Fremantle for heritage approval on two occasions, managed the selection of a builder and supervised the build.The whole process from the creative design to the build was very well manged with no problems in a fairly complex renovation. As a result, we were very happy with the end result and would recommend Joe.
