We took out cat Boris here to get some extra testing done. He had an ultrasound, X-ray and done aspirate biopsies done. We got our results quickly, even though they weren't the results we had hoped for. Our cat was euthanised later due to an aggressive lymphoma cancer. We were treated well and with the utmost dignity and respect.

Staff from the front counter to the surgeons are all professional, friendly and supportive providing excellent care to pets. Our border collie has no hesitation in going inside or greeting the staff which is the best indicator of the caring manner in which staff look after animals in their care.

Very meticulous serviceOne of my fur baby was seen in emergency. Which is greatly appreciated.I am very pleased with the quality of the service and the time devoted by the veterinary Dr and the specialist oncologist. Both were very meticulous and gave us lots of information to allow us to care for the best for our elderly girl. Truly happy to recommend the place.

Dr Lincoln was exceptional! Teddy is recovering very well after patella surgery. The 'how to look after your pet' videos are extremely helpful! And very comforting to have access to the videos anytime you need a reminder of how to care for your pet.

Don’t be Fooled! They have no care for your pet. Money making service with poor service and communication. Too busy to give me all the facts on the day as was promised they would send the information by email that night. They didn’t and they over charged me. I was refunded by a return phone call only to receive a 2nd phone call 5 minutes later again for a refund. The specialist recommended a procedure which she informed me my pet my not live through only to find out what’s wrong with him. Not to fix him. Then spoke about medication and could try that but strongly recommended the expensive procedure instead which could lead to death. She spoke quickly and didn’t answer my questions. Do not take your pet here.

VSS completed diagnostic testing for my dog this week. Dr Tess was amazing. She was kind, empathetic, practical. She took the time to explain everything and went out of her way to follow up. Unfortunately diagnostics are expensive, but it is what it is. The service by the staff was lovely.

Dr Jason Hoon thoroughly answered any questions we had about our dog. We’re currently in the process of finding out what is going on with our own pup, and after a few trips to the vet, we got a referral to VSS. He answered all our questions with confidence and knowledge, I came out having a much better understanding about what’s happening with our boy. When my dog was in having his biopsy, Dr Jason stayed in touch with me multiple times that day to update me on my dogs progress. His been really really helpful and good.

Due to unfortunate events in the past 3 months I have had to take 2 of my dogs to VSS under referrals.First it was to see Dr Brad (Cardiologist) and second to to Dr Ali and Dr Chris (Small Animal internal medicine).On both occasions the time and care taken by Dr Brad, Dr Ali and Dr Chris was beyond any expectation. They ensured that everything was explained well and understandable to a non medically minded person.I felt that at all times my dogs were in great hands and had complete confidence in the actions and recommendations.being made.I highly recommend VSS, Dr Brad, Dr Ali and Dr Chris and anyone who has the pleasure (due to unpleasant event/s) of their services and will not doubt experience that their animal is in the very best of hands.Photos of Keosha and Tokala

Our 9 year old Malshi is currently going through Chemo and he is being treated by the team at VSS. They have been absolutely amazing the whole time. Dr Cat and her team are tremedously caring for us and our fur baby. The reception staff are wonderful too deal with.The only thing preventing 5 star review is because the wait time for drop off and pick up can sometimes be between 35 to 45 minutes, in that time multiple other patients are seen and some even have their whole visit completed in the time we have to sit there waiting.It has been explained that Dr's are usually busy and unavailable for the discharge appt. Will try to schedule in a discharge appointment next time.
