We spent 2 and a half years in a property managed by Gordon and Tom Fraser. Arriving from overseas, we had a lot of questions and they were very helpful with them. During our stay, we kept open and honest communication with Tom and Gordon about every issue we might have had. For example, we had some problems with the internet connection and Tom went to great lengths to resolve them. We would definitely rent another property with Tom and Gordon and highly recommend them as property managers.

Gordon Fraser Properties were incredible. If you had told me that honest, kind, and good Real Estate Agents existed prior to my experience with Tom and Gordon, I would have laughed. Now, I would believe it.They treated me as a tenant with fairness. They listened to me and gave me respect. They handled my concerns professionally and with my best interests at heart. It was actually a pleasure to talk to them, even socially. I’ll miss it. Thanks for everything Tom and Gordon :)
