Make your choices wisely, customer service is non existent after purchase. No contact numbers, only online. All replies have been from a bot. Over 9 months waiting for action on a product they agree is faulty.Still waiting for a human person to contact me.

Hi Freedom,We purchased the Osmose buffet and a lounge set on 26 Dec 2021. Walking around the showroom was an amazing experience, I have to say you did really well there.Everything started going downhill after that. A gaping crack arrived with our buffet - something that could have been easily avoided if anyone had bothered taking it out of the packaging and checking before sending it over.Because there's only 2 of us and I have a torn shoulder tendon, it was extremely difficult for us to assemble the first time round. When we asked for the exchange, clear instructions were given for the replacement unit to come assembled. Much was promised on the customer service end, again, information was not passed down the communication line.In the end, what was originally a 12-3pm delivery ended up to be 530pm. Why? The delivery guys showed up at the wrong address (seriously, I have no idea who does the scheduling). When they finally came, 1) delivery drivers were unapologetic and 2) did not have assembly instructions on their docket.Freedom, I don't even know what to say. A beautiful storefront and walk-through experience but it ends there. Wasting our time and disappointing at every chance. Never again.

Loved the experience. Good quality furniture and accessories. The service was helpful directing you to what you were looking for.

Freedom furniture has beautiful furniture, however the dispatching process is really abysmal. I have waited for 4 weeks for my furniture to arrive, and it is still sitting somewhere in the ether. In the last 2 weeks, I have been SMSed and called multiple times by Freedom and Unitrans, with different information given to me each time regarding the furniture's availability and delivery. Currently, they have no idea when the furniture will be available, despite having told me 3 times previously that the furniture will be delivered tomorrow. What a disaster.

Terrible customer service.

We have visited here a lot as we are looking for some furniture. They didn't have what we wanted but the staff were professional and friendly each time we visited. Always go to the discounted area and check out homewares. They are great quality. Nice place to wander around.

Freedom add $129 for delivery on tables which the assistant said was NOT optional. If delivery cost isn’t optional - that is, collection from store is not available, then price tag should indicate that there’s a mandatory delivery cost on that item. I suggested to assistant at sales desk to pass on to management that it didn’t feel honest and upfront, especially such a significant delivery fee. She was very dismissive, stating this was standard practise everywhere. So I walked out and purchased a table elsewhere with no delivery because I can pickup from store. When a customer offers polite feedback, it’s not wise to be defensive/dismissive - no sale from me and I won’t go back!

I have had the worst experience ever shopping at this place the service is the poorest iv ever had I think they should look at getting new staff
