I don't often give 5 stars but I was very impressed by the above and beyond service I experienced here.Having to renew the life on my outdoor deck and not ever having oiled it before, I was slightly anxious in attempting it, because let's face it, it would be costly to fix the mistakes and hideous to look at. I had many novice questions and they took the time to answer all of them without making me feel stupid. They even took an offcut and oiled it up with various products to see what would look best. Armed with a South Australian made oil, the two coats I applied has reinvigorated the timber and I'm super pleased. I might have paid more than some other products, but I'm happy to have purchased an SA product from an SA business who took time out to give me the confidence in doing it myself.
