He took the time to call me and talk through my requirements, as well as provide a quote based on floorplans and photos as the property couldn’t be accessed at that time. Even through a torrential weather event he kept me updated regarding installation date and completed install as soon as was possible. The whole team were efficient, thorough, polite and worked hard to get the install completed in difficult circumstances. Chris installed a new split AC unit on the balcony and two wall units in the apartment. He made this an excellent overall experience by being on time, and professional throughout their engagement.Mitch was the initial contact who looked at the existing 'ancient' unit and then Chris did the follow up and installation.It's nice to have reliable people that take pride in their work.
