The worst. Terrible service. Terrible product. Overpriced and under delivered. After being convinced by the store to take a punt and buy a set from the catalogue for our toddler that they didn't have an example of on the floor we paid a lot more than our planned budget. All we got in return was disappointment and frustration. We're now trying to off-load the set on gum tree for next to nothing only a couple of weeks after receiving it. We try to support made in Australia where possible, which was a decider for us on this order, but we're now buying a whole new set from IKEA where at least we know exactly what we're getting, when it will arrive and that it will be well designed and fabricated. Nothing about the process with this company was nice - even the delivery process was horrible. Each and every time a concern was raised it was either ignored, fobbed off or the message that came back was it was our problem, not theirs. It takes an awful lot to get me motivated enough to write a review of this nature. I'm doing so as I believe consumers should be given fair warning about this company and its service.

I'm writing just to say how impressed I am with the sales team follow-up support. I bought a beautiful recliner chair months ago, which had to be custom-assembled overseas and then shipped back to Australia. Of course with all the Covid and interstate train lines down due to flooding on the Nullabor it's made a complete mess of delivery times to Perth. But the way the saleperson Cassidy has handled things has been pure professionlism. I've received 2 phone messages with delivery updates that were detailed yet consice, and I know exactly where the delays in the system are and what the new expected delivery timelines are. I wish I had my recliner chair, but knowing how crazy things are right now I am also very happy with the updates/service. Cheers

Visited to purchase a mattress for our son. Fantastic service from manager Adrian. Made sure we had everything else we needed such as quilt and mattress protector, giving honest feedback about products. Definitely not just out to make money, he recommended products and gave some good advice for first bed for our son. Even helped us carry our purchases to our car. Store is neat and tidy, very well presented. Definitely be heading back. Thank you Domayne!

We received excellent customer service from Robert. From the moment we walked in until we made our purchase he was very helpful and so knowledgeable. Thank you for helping make furniture shopping fun! We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

A Good Store with Fine Products. Gratified to see so much Australian Made Furniture. Friendly, Helpful Staff had all the Right answers. Leena, Cassidy and Carolyn are all Credits to the Store.And the younger Sale Staff seem to be doing very Well.

Recently we decided that the time was right to buy a new bed. After visiting a number of retailers, we arrived at Domayne City West. A very enjoyable experience with quality products. It took two visits before we settled on the particular unit. The price was exceptionally good as was the after sale delivery service. There was a minor manufacturers issue with one of the sheet sets which was replaced immediately without any hesitation. On each occasion we were attended to by Lesley, a very knowledgeable, considerate and caring person. To say our overall experience was delightful really understates just how good it was and how pleased we are. Thank you!

Was in Domayne City West again today and was served by the very friendly and knowledgeable Rob. Thanks Rob for your assistance today, sorry I couldnt find what I was looking for but will keep an eye out and will be back when something comes along.It was lovely to also see Kelsey in the store today. I dealt with Kelsey about 2.5 years ago when I required furniture for my workplace. Kelsey was wonderful to deal with and communicated constantly via phone or email throughout the process, she surpassed all my expectations of customer service (a rare gem!). I had never stepped inside a Domayne store prior to that visit and because of the wonderful service from Kelsey I have been back several times since. If you are ever visiting the store, ask for Kelsey or Rob.

Local aussie made furniture like no other place in town or online..This is must visit in Perth just to feel the textures & fabrics and leathers for your next couch or sofa or mattress or chairandsome beautiful outdoor furniture and paintings n accessories... luxurious without the huge price
