Once again staff at Amber Tiles Seaforth have gone out of their way to assist with an unusual and tricky tiling issue. On this occasion, Pam and other staff generously gave their time and expertise to explore all possible solutions. Once again this confirms that the staff at Amber Tiles Seaforth are genuine in their intention to give customers the best service. On this occasion, there was not even a financial gain for Amber because Pam would not accept payment for a large travertine tile to assist in resolving the issue and carried it a considerable distance to place it in my car.

Libby at Amber Seaforth helped make the tiling part of my renovation so easy. She was very friendly, helpful and responsive via email and provided me with extra related information such as providing me with a list of local tilers, sealers and grouters etc. project managing without any experience is challenging but it is people like Libby who smooth the way.
