Great people to deal with….started with Steve, he gave me all the information needed to make the right choices. After recently purchasing an electric vehicle, Steve introduced me to the extra inverter to charge the vehicle, works like a charm. Jodi in the office was always happy to help me and kept me up to date as to when the panels would be avalable. Had issues with Wi-Fi when Chris, with his help enabled me to sort out and understand how to reconnect for the future. They weren’t the cheapest but sometime….cheap is cheap!SolarHub deal with multiple brands si you will always get something that will suit you needs. We are a repeat customer of Solarhub. Previously in August 2019, we got Solarhub to install a 15 PV Panel system and they were fantastic. Chris was exceptional, answering all my questions and discussing all the various configurations and layouts that would suit our roof space. Jodi made the process seamless! The installation was neat and tidy. I am undergoing some renovations at this moment and had to rip our some of our internal walls and all the tradespeople admired the neatness of the installation.Just a few weeks ago, I had another discussion with Chris on batteries and once again, he gave good honest opinions and suggestions. We ended up getting an additional 6 PV panels. He also told us to get a Sanden heat pump hot water system to even reduce our energy usage. Again, Jodi slot us in and was even able to arrange an earlier installation! The installers, Arman and Shannon were again very neat, tidy and thorough. They explained the options and let us make an informed decision despite them having to work through a longer process. We enjoyed having them around and look forward to seeing them again when battery prices go down.

Carlo and the team were amazing and did a wonderful, clean and tidy job on a 3 story townhouse install.Original installation date was earlier and the delay could have been avoided by a site visit during quote phase but otherwise flawless.

Great outcome. After a false start from another mob who didn't show up for 2 months SolarHub promised and installed in just 2 weeks and had approval 3 days after finishing. All staff were extremely helpful and after sales support excellent (Zigbee malfunctioned, even the manufacturer SolarEdge couldn't fix it)

I was keen on these guys as they did a neighbour. The quote was high, but there was an explanation for that. I was OK with this. I asked a question which needed the Boss' (Chris) approval. Frank called me a week later, telling me the cost had gone up due to STCs going down, and that the install would be pushed out to 2023.No issue except that I reminded Frank about my question the previous week. He admitted he didn't ask Chris and should have, but was seeing 'him tonight' and would call me the next day, which would have been the Wednesday before Cup Day.No call on Wednesday. I was then off to Sydney for a week (Cup week). No call from Frank, and I was at a conference, so unlikely I could answer.Last week (7/11), I get a call from Frank. Now the panels are obsolete, going to need a site survey and the cost was going up, again. I let him go and asked about the question for Chris, which he didn't get back to me two weeks ago, and he fobbed it off, as 'Chris makes those decisions', but I didn't get an actual answer.After Frank didn't call me on the Wednesday as he promised to do, I called another installer on the Thursday. They are cheaper, no calls telling me the install is going up, and it is getting done within four weeks of accepting the quote.There seems to be some really good reviews, which indicate that others have had a better experience than I did.

5kw, 16 panel system was installed a month earlier than we were expecting. The onsite team was efficient and friendly, and the communication throughout the process with the office was excellent. Inspection was also completed without fuss.

I first met Chris from Solarhub when looking at options for my workplace. We ended up installing 400+ panels. I recently engaged Solarhub again to install a 6.5KW system at my home. I can highly recommend them for jobs big and small. Great sales and after market service.
