Crystal Swan Cruises

Edit:- Changing the rating as finally crystal swan did respond and I got the gifts which were supposed to be given to me.About Crystal Swan- It's like a small floating palace on the most beautiful river- Swan River. The crew is helpful, professional. They gave me two Chips when I ordered just one as there was a slight delay in delivering the order. And boy o boy, the chips are delicious. You have two dance floors with wireless headphones. What more can one ask for? I will surely be a part of another event on crystal Swan very soon.Old post:- So I attended a charity event on 21st February2021, everything was good until I was told to buy 3 tickets for 15 AUD and they said that few sponsors are giving away gifts. So I purchased it and I won. Then the lady who claimed to be associated with Crystal Swan announced my name as one of the lucky winner, took my phone number, email address and said that I will be contacted within a week by her to receive the gifts. Now it's been more than a month and I received nothing. It's not just me but even the other two lovely ladies who won , didn't receive their prizes/gifts. I called up Crystal Swan on the phone number which is listed about 2 weeks back and the person did say that the lady is associated with them and she might have just forgotten to contact me and so she will contact me within 2 days, but it looks like that was another white lie. Now they are not even answering my calls. So $15 does matter as it's a hard earned money and I already paid $50 for the Charity event ticket. Hence for making a fool out of people who actually would have loved to board Crystal Swan again, I am going to give 1 star review. In this time of COVID 19 pandemic, the last thing we need is cheaters. Pathetic.

The staff are friendly but lacking in experience when it comes to pouring drinks. A simple understanding of pouring would have taken the whole experience up a notch. The food was average and portions are small. Once again, some extra training would not go astray for the staff cooking. The cruise is ok, no real sights. Be aware of the stairs as they are incredibly steep.

Had an amazing time on the weekend at a wedding. The staff were absolutely wonderful, professional and friendly. The food was fantastic and the boat was spotless and clean. The boat travelled all over the river giving great views from Perth to Canning Bridge. Lots of clean windows to enjoy the view. Best wedding ever.

Came for my Indian friend's birthday party. Queue up at the pier. Finally, on board. Going upstairs and downstairs as no idea what I could do. Not very spacious inside. Queue up again for a drink either upper or lower level. My friend paid a lump sum and they prepared all the decorations and food.The staff were friendly. On the cruise, they would ask if anyone looked like unwell. They brought some finger food before buffet, but didn't what it was until we ate.

Had a cruise for my Year 10 formal. It was a very good cruise, albeit a tad overcrowded although this isn’t the cruise’s fault.The ship herself is quite literally a large glass cube with two floors, a dining room upstairs and a dance floor downstairs. There are a few balconies around the ship, both upstairs and downstairs.The galley onboard provided ample amounts of food however they food quality was quite low (we got given small buckets of chips and dinner rolls with a meat ball in them - “hamburgers”). Drinks kept coming from the two bars on board, the staff just kept on pouring and didn’t stop the entire time.Speaking of the staff, they tended to stay out of the way and didn’t speak to the guests often, aside from offering food. This was both a blessing and a curse because they couldn’t be held down for a conversation, however this is understandable because they had things to do.The cruise itself starts by motoring out of the harbour and goes along the coast for about a kilometre, then turns around and comes back in. The ride is smooth and the ship doesn’t go faster than 5kms/hAll in all, I recommend the Crystal Swan as a venue for formals/weddings.

Thank you so much Crystal Swan Cruises. We had the most amazing night! From the get go your team were friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and went above and beyond to make the night a success. The decorations looked great, drink service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Most of all I want to thank your amazing team, especially Tam for all the organising and the lovely tall man who was in charge on the night (I’m so sorry I don’t know his name) he was instrumental in making the night the success it was. Everyone has commented that it was the best Christmas party we have had in years!! We certainly look forward to cruising with you again in future!

Went here for my Yr 11&12 River Cruise on 31 March (2 weeks ago), very spacious, like a big square to fit the whole yr 11&12 for my school, very friendly staff, service is very good, delicious food, would recommend anyone who wants to host a wedding or any other formal events, school ball, etc.. thank you to the staff who looked after us

Had a cruise last Friday on the crystal swan. The Ship is a quirky glass cube, Very high quality food and staff were always around making sure everyone was having a great time. The bars kept pouring drinks and made sure a surplus was always there to grab. Downstairs there was also a bar with lots of drinks and a dance floor with continuous music. there were plenty of balconies to look out on. Overall 11/10 Will go again next year. Can’t thank the team at Crystal Swan enough. They went above and beyond for our guests and made sure everyone was having the best time. The staff were so lovely and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help run the event!

We recently had our daughter's 18th birthday party on the Crystal Swan and could not have been happier with the service we received. From the initial contact, Tam was responsive, helpful, accommodating and made the whole process so easy to negotiate. The staff liaised with external providers such as the DJ and the decor company and saved me so much work. On the day, the crew were just fantastic- they waited for two guests to arrive before leaving the jetty. Louise the crew manager handled everything so efficiently that I could actually relax and enjoy the party. All our guests had the best time and were well looked after by the crew. The food and drinks were plentiful and provided great value for the price. My daughter said this is the best party we've ever had and it was because of this beautiful venue and wonderful staff. We can't thank you enough for these special memories.
