Tim really got us out of a pickle. Close to Christmas and having three small children with one now busted car was causing all types of dramas. The whole team helped us out and got us back on the road in time for Christmas and at a very reasonable cost. Will be heading down and seeing the Prestige team for all my car needs from now on.

Tim and the team are great. They squeezed me in before Xmas for a quick air con regas, found it was another issue and fixed it on the same day. Now I have air con for summer. If you have a Merc, take it to Prestige Auto.

WOW. This was a very pleasant experience dealing with Tim. We had an urgent problem and Tim explained that they were flat out but he agreed to help us. The story just got better from there with the cost coming in under the estimate. We will certainly go back to Tim's business as our place of repair. Well done guys.

I've been taking my BMWs to Tim and Jenn for many years. Not only are they great people but Tim's a great mechanic who, despite being a Mercedes specialist, is also great at looking after my two BMWs. He's friendly, knowledgeable and always looks after me. Highly recommended!!!!!

Very good well ran set up. Tim knows his stuff and doesn't talk down to people like a lot of people in the motor trade do. He uses genuine parts and has all the right tools to get the job done.
