I did my nails for the first time here and I absolutely loved it! The young girl that served me knew exactly the colour I was looking for, when I showed her the pic of the colour I wanted she gave me the exact same colour. I already had nails in but when she looked at them she told me the shape I got from the previous nail shop was pretty bad and this girl fixed them. I did infill and I’m so happy with her service. I will definitely coming back to her. I wish I knew her name thou.

Was nice experience overall and I like how my nails look. Infills and charm paid 50 as I paid in cash

Got my acrylics removed. They were extremely rough with my hands. Practically ripped off my nails, didn’t soak them in acetone to soften it. Didn’t do it properly and still cost me 20$. Coulda just bit my nails off and saved myself 20$

Absolutely the worst experience. They showed up 15mins AFTER the store was to open and on Xmas eves eve. Took them 2 hours to do a full set The first lady messed up the shape so the next person had to rebuild the the nail. They were not filed properly so catch on everything and the paint job is peeling 20 mins after they were done. They wanted to charge $150 to paint 2 nails with candy cabe stripes only due to the fact they had so many people in the store waiting to be finished, they thought if they charged an outrageous amount the client would just get the paint job done as quickly as possible and they were right will not be using their services again and will never recommend them. They used to be so good not anymore.

Very disappointing results for a basic manicure. I asked for short and round, but got varied mid-length and somewhere between round and square. The edges are still rough and my nail technician did not clean under my nails during the service. Without asking they got the drill out and scuffed the tops of my nails which has left them looking dull and scratched with no resolution. The 'hand massage' offered as part of the service lasted no more than 10 seconds with no pressure whatsoever. As someone who works as a nurse I am unable to wear nail polish of any kind, however the technician attempted to apply 'just clear' nail polish more than once after I had refused and explained why. Before paying I voiced my concerns regarding the finish to the surface of my nails to which another staff member directed the application of a nail hardner - another form of polish. They applied cuticle oil and said that was all they could do as polish is a normal part of the service".My previously lovely

Hands down for the best nail salon!!!Great service, staffs always make me feel welcome whenever I come to get my nails done. I've been their customer for almost 2 years and I am very very satisfied with their work every time.GOOD JOB GIRLS!!!!

If I could give this place a minus star I would. Extremely rude lady who ruined the shape of my nails. I had long nails and she made it very short. Also each one is different in lengths. Without even showing me the colour plalate asked for the colour and when I asked for the palate she was extremely rude to me. Then the second lady who did the colour eventhough she was pleasant, she didn't do a good job. She hurriedly did the polish and the finishing is absolutely horrible. Worst nails ever

I payed $50 for only acrylic and file when they advertised it as $45, I had asked her midway through my appointment if we could not do colour as I could see the terrible work with the acrylic. $5 doesn’t matter to me but when my nails are in worse condition then before and not even 24 hours later, 2 nails have snapped before I could fix them because of how thin they are and how unprofessionally they were applied. She also hurt my cuticles a few times and caused one to bleed. I was even more unhappy when just as I finish paying another older woman has walked back in complaining about two of her nails. Training needs to happen more intensely with the workers and they need proper education on how to do all types of nails safely and correctly.

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND RIPPED OFF. My daughter went for the first time there to get acrylics and an extremely basic design on them and a pedicure. Everywhere she has been cost her $60 Max with a design. And pedicure around $35 Max. Total for BOTH no more than $100. This place charged her $110 JUST FOR her nails!!!! She thought it was $110 for both services and was shocked when she was told it was just for nails. And mind you, they made her toe bleed when they cut her nail too short. Possibly going to cause problems now with her toenail. Who charges $110 for nails???!!
