NumberWorks'nWords Tutoring Essendon

My daughter (grade 4) has been attending Number Work's n Words in Essendon for 3 years now and has 100% improved in many areas including mathematics, english and most of all her confidence in herself and her abilities. Best of all she really enjoys the sessions. Sue and the teams ability to communicate with both my daughter and myself is invaluable to me. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have referred a number of parents to NumberWorks'nWords based on the the results I have seen from my own children. We all love Sue and her team the updates we receive are very detailed and honest. The results I have seen in my children have not only provided them with improvement in their academic results, but has also increased their confidence. We would highly recommend Sue and the team at Numberworks, in fact, we regularly do sing their praises. We have a now 17 year old daughter who found herself really struggling in year seven maths and after just a term of regular tuition really started to fly. She has recently started year eleven maths methods and considers it one of her stronger subjects. She sees herself as a confident maths learner and does not shy away from difficult topics, in fact she pushes herself to learn new skills and achieve great things. Sue, Daniel and the team are skilled, patient, encouraging and always ready to celebrate the wins! Our daughter in year 6 has started at Numberworks this year - she has been asking for a couple of year - 'when will it be my turn?' She knows that this is something special!

We can't speak highly enough of Lleyton and his team - our son looks forward to his weekly sessions. His confidence in maths was at a very low ebb after a dismal semester 1 last year, and my husband and I both wholeheartedly agree that the weekly small-session, curriculum-based tuition he began in Term 3 helped him finish far more strongly in semester 2. When we met Lleyton, he described the NumberWorks approach as one that works to build and nurture children's confidence in their learning and we can attest to that. The care, encouragement and interest in our son's progress and needs that Lleyton shows is outstanding. And the fact is that attendance at NumberWorksnWords after school means our son doesn't give up any lunch periods to attend his school's maths support offerings. Those periods of social interaction, play and community-building are equally important to his successful educational experience and to his psychosocial wellbeing.
