Restrung my tennis racket a few months ago at the Hurstville store. The person recommended the multi filament string without stressing to me that it would be subject to fraying and could easily break. That’s exactly what happened today. I just feel that this should have been clearly explained to me so I could get the nylon string instead, which is cheaper too. I made a complaint but fell on deaf ears. No offer of restringing or compensation. Pretty bad service. Not recommended.Thank you for your reply. Please note that if you had told me this kind of string would only last 3 months after weekly play I definitely would not have accepted it and would have opted for the nylon string. Please be reasonable and don’t over exaggerate what I said as I don’t expect any strings to last for years. This demonstrates you have no appetite for good customer service and I will never recommend your store to anyone if you keep insisting your store is not at fault.

Restrung my squash racquet here. Snapped after 1 game. Went to get in restrung again. Said they would not guarantee their work...even after 1 game. Which is fine but then said that they could not do it for around 1 month which was unfortunately out of their handFriendly staff who were apologetic so cannot fault them on that. Just disappointed in their policies.On a positive note, good range of products.

Just bought a racquet and it came shipped no padding in the box. Racquet was put into a cardboard box with nothing else and the box was flattened when I received it. Because of this, I found 2 dents and 1 chip on my brand new racquet. I understand that some racquets come with a cloth bag (Victor, Jnice, etc) but I definitely think a simple bubble wrap will certainly do the job.Other than this the shipping was quick.

Don’t go there. I went to buy badminton shoe and shop is close but online stated it’s open. No one answered my call when I tried to contact. Waited around 1 hours thinking they went for lunch break, but just wasted 1 hours trip, 1 hours wait time and parking cost.Should at lease update opening hour on the website.

good location. friendly staff. good service. poor quality and unprofessional. the string they do is really terrible. I communicated with the owner and he believes it is me being picky. but when I discussed with other players who also played for more than 10 years they also agreed with me on this. this is a good place to purchase a racket but a terrible place for string
