Beautiful nurturing Yin yoga session with Ruby. I felt very safe and supported with Ruby’s knowledge and support around my hypermobile joints.I left feeling so relaxed and my body felt nourished.Ruby has a unique heart felt energy that allows her to hold an incredibly safe and potent space in a very grounded way.So glad I found her and her wonderful Yin classes!

I had a beautiful 1:1 yin yoga and sound healing session with Ruby and I was so impressed. As a new mumma I was able to drop in and relax very quickly and left feeling deeply rested. Ruby’s voice is so soothing and calm and finishing the session with the singing Bowls sealed the deal..I will certainly be back for more!

Ruby is the loveliest person I have met. She is a gifted healer and her angel like soothing voice makes you feel so safe and comfortable off the bat. She took out the time to thoroughly understand where I was coming from and was spot on in recognising my limiting beliefs and emotional blocks. My sound healing and hypnosis experience with her was so warm and healing. I was truly amazed!

I had a 1:1 yin yoga session with Ruby recently and it was divine. She has a beautiful clear n peaceful space, creating a gentle atmosphere for the session. Guided by her angelic voice felt so nurturing n energizing, she is very attentive to the alignment of postures and accommodating any possible discomforts with props n bolsters. The crystal bowls sound healing at the end were like the icing on the cake. I left feeling heavenly nurtured.Highly recommend. Love n gratitudePatricia

Recently I attended a semi-private Yin Yoga session with Ruby guiding us. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and was impressed with how nurturing and supportive she was throughout the session. The sound immersion at the end was simply divine and took us on a deep inner journey. I quite literally floated out of the studio at the end. Ruby is an amazing, beautiful soul and healer. She assisted me to work through some deep trauma, providing me with a safe place to release some emotions that I had previously been afraid to feel.
