Great customs broker!

Please read this review before considering this company. If I could give zero stars I would.My kids and I had driven to Qantas freight to pickup a package gifted to us via air cargo from Auckland. When we got there we were advised to see a customs to have my package cleared on the day before I could have it released from Qantas freight. My kids and I then drove to customs office only to be told that they can't do it and that I needed tp see a customs broker to have it cleared. I desperately neededit to cleared via customs to avoid any storage fees by Qantas freight, which was really unfair. Anyway I went to Johnson Wills International, I told them my situation and straight away before lodging the paperwork to have my package cleared a man there said it will most likely be held by customs quarantine for inspection, which will cost me $130 on top of their charge of $185!!!This company charged me over $300 for a bag only filled with chocolates and twisties. Anyway, paid it all and I kindly asked them to please let me know once its cleared because I cannot afford to pay storage fees with Qantas freight. The man kept saying yes yes ofcourse we will ring you, but then advised it was unlikely to be cleared on the day because it was held and may take up to a week for it to be cleared!!!! I felt stressed and disheartened because they charged me this much....not knowing I had to pay anything to have it cleared as it was alreafy inspected in NZ! Anyway we were told they would ring us. So my kids and I went back home. The time was 1:30 pm. I called Johnson comoany before 3pm to see the status and whether it had been cleared. Note Qantas freight closes at 4:30 pm for collection so at this point I was so anxious to get my package before it closes. Was advised by the same man that it wasnt cleared. At 3:30 i decided to ring Qantas freight and plead with them to waive any storage fees because its not my fault that its taking customs long to ckear a basic package. As I was talking to a representative from Qantas she then advised me that it had been cleared and was ready for me to pick up!!!! I dropped eveything, grabbed my kids, out them in the car and sped off to the airport (takes over 30 mins to get there). We got to QF just before it closed. The lady there was very empathetic when she knew the ordeal I went through to get this package worth or value of less than NZ$200. Qantas has a fee of $121 for it to be released so in total I paid over $400 for a bag full of just chocolates and twisties lol. I still have not received a phone call or email from Johnson Wills International!! Give my money back because you ripped me off!!!! Taking money from the most vulnerable and desperate.....you should be ashamed!!!So please do not go through this company as they dont care!!!
