Unreal customer service and support of the products they stock, contactable at all hours of the day and night through Facebook. Even any small quality issues they were extremely quick to help replace for me, cant ask for better than that. Also cant beat their lowest prices and quotes

Went to return an adapter for spotlight wiring that my installer didn’t end up needing for my installation. Was hit with an aggressive and rude attitude with implications that I had switched the item for something else. I know nothing about auto electronics asked for a part and that’s what I was given. Going elsewhere for my cell-fi phone kit. Poor attitude over 30 bucks has cost you about $1000

Decent prices on some things only. They were constantly trying to upsell me when i was making it clear what i wanted. Had a frustrating experience. Though maybe just a poor staff member as at farmfest they were very helpful and with show specials good prices.
