Nothing but helpfulness, patience and understanding from these folks. They take good care with elderly, never give cheek back to rude, impatient customers and always give a full, honest estimate on situations like missed/missing deliveries.

Very easy service here.If you identify yourself as deaf some staff take off their mask some don't but it doesn't matter because the service is respectful and kind either way. Happy to recommend

The customer service in store is wonderful, but they almost never answer their phone which is awful. The local delivery people are lazy idiots who don't knock on doors and should all be fired, but that's the overall postal service fault, not the local store.

Absolutely wonderful owners courteous and helpful. This has become our post office of choice in the Preston west Regent area since a series of horrible and rude interactions with another LPO branch nearby. These guys know how to make a customer feel valued.
