Really nice service and professional skill. My watch was ran out of battery and I got into store like 5 mins before they were going to close. They still served me well and repaired my watch. I was frustrated because the day before the other store said they couldn’t change the battery and also been rude when the staff tried to open the back of my watch. The lovely lady in the Watch & Clock Solution not only repaired my watch but also polished the scratch on my watch and only charged the money for the battery. It’s a good and worthy price for the good service! Really recommend if you need to repair watch in Melbourne.

In this age and time it's rare to find a clocksmith. If you are looking for one look no further! Very experienced and knowledgeable, genuine human. Their values are customer service and not about fleecing people and ripping them off (I have spoken to a few while exploring a solution). I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was totally worth the drive to city having my Grandfather's clock that was sentimental to dispose and not working for about 5 years, fixed it in 10 minutes.Thank you Deni!

I had a clock needing repair and saw the great reviews for this business. Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience like the reviews suggest.I went into the city to take the clock in, and ended up waiting for four hours sitting on the floor outside the shop, even though it said it was open. Around 4-5 different people also had to wait around with me. Nobody answered the phone. But with the positive reviews in mind, I still wanted to come back.So I called again a few weeks later and this time someone picked up the phone. I explained that I had a clock that needed a repair, and that I wanted to know the estimated time I would need to pick it up. I was met with one of the rudest people I've ever come across. He started off by asking me why I'd bother to ask such a broad question, and if I was pulling his leg, and that he has no way of knowing how long it will take to be repaired. I remained polite and asked if I'm then supposed to pick it up in a few days. He tells me off and says that he isn't a 7/11.Total disappointment.
