Can not recommend Anastasia highly enough! I saw 3 other physios in St Leonards before seeing Anastasia who had made my back injury worse (and barely looked at me before they just gave me exercises and sent me on my way). Anastasia actually cared about me as a patient, took the time to understand how my injury occurred and what my state of normal" was and then did whatever she could to reduce my pain in the moment and get me back to full mobility long term. Wont see any other physio than Anastasia ever again!"

I saw Anastasia for a significant ankle injury (fractures, torn ligaments and tendons) which required weekly pre-surgery treatment, surgery and weekly post operative care till recovery. Anastasia is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist. Treatment included hands on manipulation and massage, interferential therapy and exercises and helped speed up my recovery.

Earlier this year, I suffered a knee injury which Anastasia correctly diagnosed as a torn meniscus. She helped me through all stages of this injury including diagnosis, treatment options and rehab. Her patient care skills as well as technical skills are far beyond any other physio that I have been to. She oversaw my rehab process and helped me make a speedy recovery to get back into the sport I love playing. I couldn't recommend Anastasia any higher.
