From our initial consultation with the knowledgeable Rob, choosing our finishes and design for our ideal home with the lovely Marissa the interior designer, to finalising our contract with the professional Lina, to working with the highly efficient and effective project manager Darren. You have made our journey to our beautiful and stunning home a wonderful and memorable experience. We cannot thank you all enough and especially Darren who was always supportive and available to keep us informed on progress with our amazing home. He is passionate about his job. He prove me wrong that always hard to chase up supervisor. He always answer our call and provide updates. As we are living interstate he informed us about construction, share photos and update us every stages. from earthwork to lock-up stage he provides detailed information. Burbank Homes was always there to offer helpful advice and support whenever we needed it. They did not increase our construction price despite huge material price increase. The whole Burbank team have been outstanding throughout a stressful and challenging year. Dan, our sales consultant, was amazing and extremely patient. Our colour appt Marissa spent more than enough time going through all the options and made it a very comfortable experience. Massive shout out too our Site Supervisor Darren Bowe kept us up to date with our build and went above and beyond to get us into our new home as soon as possible, he is extremely patient and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier! They are all responsive, professional, friendly. We highly recommend and are very appreciative that they have made our first home building experience a happy one.

Burbank did an excellent job on our house. They have a great, hard-working team. Everyone we dealt with was always friendly and professional.

Burbank provides excellent services to its clients. The flexibility to customize the plans according to the family needs is remarkable. They know what they are doing, and I am happy to build our first house with them.

We signed our contract in 2021. Sadly we went from excited and confident about our choice of builder - to disillusioned very quickly. Drafters messed up 3 times - prolonging the start dates. Lack of communication and customer support. Changed supervisors who we constantly chased for answers but all we get are excuses. It's May of 2023 - shower screens promised to go in 2 months ago yet to be completed - Burbank has not lived up to their promises and had lost credibility!
