Sew and Sew NT

Unsatisfied with service. I have a few buttons that came off and requested changing all buttons.While the lady fixed it with smaller-size buttons, and these new buttons do NOT match the buttonholes. All the new buttons are too small while the buttonholes are too big…..I have to go there and ask for re-fixing the buttonholes. She is working today, but she asked me to come after the Easter( almost ten days after)It’s not my fault to give you more work or ruining your holiday. It’s your fault and this shirt I planned to dress for my Easter holiday. You are working today and just a few mins enough for fixing the buttonholes. You just wasted my time coming here today.

I needed a swimsuit repaired. Sharyn did a great job and texted me when it was ready, I picked it up the next day. She also altered a singlet for me. I highly recommend Sharyn for good work at a reasonable price.

Sharyn is my go-to seamstress now!She does a great job, alters in a timely manner, is reasonably price and conveniently located.It is always a delight having a chat with her in-store and getting to know some secret seamstress tricks (like how to rejuvenate elastics!). Definitely recommend.

Unbelievably rude. The lady has a real problem with customer service. Prices are unreasonable; she charges ridiculous prices for simple quick jobs.Go elsewhere, there are other sewing places in Darwin.

I found the lady to be rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. She also had a sign on her front door stating that she was out if the shop for 10 minutes(which was fine and understandable being a 1 person run shop), but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for her to return.

Not recommended! Walked in to discuss my alteration request but i didn't expect to meet someone very rude! Not a service oriented business. I would rather go somewhere else.

Amazing service. We got nearly 40 workshirts altered and the job was done on time and at a great price!

So confused that this business is still up and running. She did a decent job on sewing a button and repairing a rip. However, she really has no customer service skills, especially for someone running a business. The way she greets customers is quite rude and abrupt.The nail in the coffin was that when I was dropping off my pants and asked how much it was going to cost, she said $20. When I returned to pick them up, suddenly it became $25, and when I said I thought you said it was $20, she simply said “Nope.” Safe to say I’ll never come back.

The biggest Karen you will ever meet…do yourself a favour and go elsewhere to someone who actually has good customer service and shows respect. Overpriced too
