I am BLOWN away by the amazing customer service I have experienced at this store. I found them online as my girls are wanting only (Sanrio & Genshin Impact everything for Christmas) this amazing store had so much variety. I noticed on Instagram some things that were not online. I was able to do a special order over the phone. Not only that I was taken care of so well they put aside my items, followed up and posted ASAP.. my late order right before Christmas too! I felt super special and I haven’t had that kind of experience from a business in a long time.! I felt valued as a customer and my daughters will be so so happy with their new goodies!

This is an absolute outrageous store, I would give it a 0 star if I could. There prices make you want to jump off a cliff and there “deals” are just another way of saying give us your money, there is no discount. Would not recommend, the worst thing is when the employee told us to stop playing sword fight.

I came here with a friend, and I have to say this place is amazing! Me and my friend absolutely loved it, and even came there twice in one day, the prices are amazing and the customer service is by far the best I've ever seen! definitely coming here again!

Awesome shop and staff. They knew what I wanted and helped me get it straight away. I will definitely be back! Used the demon slayer stickers on the filler cap and dash they look great!

I am so absolutely impressed with the range, the prices, the quality and the speed of delivery. I couldn’t have asked for more. The website is so easy to use and the information is really great. I was able to measure my size and ensure we got the right fit. The turnaround time of the delivery was insane! I called to thank them and spoke to Eric who was absolutely lovely and even took the time to discuss upcoming events. If there was more than 5 stars in the rating I’d rate them higher! Well done - what an achievement in all facets of your business. Will most certainly come for a visit to the real store soon.

On the Central Coast, if you don’t like beer and sports, you tend to get sidelined.To that end, this store is like an oasis in the desert for a dork like me. The supply of anime character figures is endless, and there’s always a chance I’ll find a piece of merch from one of my favourite series.The staff are fun to chat with, and they are always happy to order in anything that you want.I hope to see this business continue for years to come!

A great pop culture store that has hoards of anime items.There are some really good items for sale here however the store is very cramped and cluttered. Even though the huge array of items is sorted fairly well in some sections it just feels jumbled and crammed in. A much bigger store with a better arrangement of the items could make it so much better than it already it is.

This store is appalling. Apparently I can get fined for swinging at an employee with a steel katana…how was I supposed to know, they left it out in the open! I really like lady Gaga she makes good music
