Andrew (and his team) were recommended to us by our neighbours and we would highly recommend him also! Andrew could see the essentials of what needed to be done to the house to bring about a great result without high stress. He supplied competent tradespeople to assist where needed, gave us achievable goals and made sure we didn't spend money where it wouldn't guarantee return. The result was an incredibly beautiful home, ready for auction by the set date and sold at a price we were very happy with in a challenging climate.

Communication was quick. I wasnt happy with the solution for their noisy tenant. The manager talked about himself playing an instrument, with a biased opinion and showing no understanding. The structural environment where we live isnt made for someone to have a band studio, we are in a 14 unit block. A letter sent to the tenant would of been an appropriate measure. Would not be going with Woodards for rent or selling in the future.
