Even though my order was just a Brother printer toner for about $17 I received excellent service from Tony. The order was done over the phone and Tony customer skills were remarkable. The major feature of Tony service were politeness and friendliness. I placed the order at about 9:15am and at 4:30pm the toner was delivered. I was kept informed about the progress of my order. First time order just over a week ago and very impressed. Just ordered some generic catridges Qimage brand for my epson printer. Ordered around 9am and surprisingly were delivered around 2pm the same day, totally caught me by surprise when they were delivered same day, hadn't paid for any special shipping. Well packaged also, delivered by courier. will shop again with them.
