Cait went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. Cait was not only prompt in all communication and extremely organised but she also had a great energy about her. The whole day went according to plan with Cait sorting out the final details that a bride would never think of! I can’t thank Cait enough for all of her hard work. Not only did we have an amazing wedding coordinator, we also gained a new friend in Cait! I honestly can’t recommend Cait enough!

Thankyou so much Cait, we honestly couldn’t be happier and more grateful for all Caits help on the day and leading up to it. She made our wedding the cruisiest day which was exactly what we were after and we just had the best fun. I’ve told all my (unmarried) friends to get an event manager or wedding planner (and to use Cait, of course) because we both agreed it was the best thing we could’ve done as Cait allowed not just us but all our family and friends to fully be present on the day without having to do any extra little jobs. We can’t Thankyou or recommend Cait enough.

Cait was invaluable at our wedding. I could not recommend her more highly. She was so helpful during the planning process, and always calm and reassuring in times of stress. She had everything completely under control on the day and made our day so relaxed and enjoyable. I had initially wondered whether we would need a wedding coordinator and am now so glad we hired Cait, she was absolutely essential at our wedding and extremely good value.

Words cannot describe how absolutely awesome Cait is!We worked with Cait in the planning, organising and a very tight bump in/out schedule for our wedding. Cait communicated with us every step of the way even beyond the actual wedding which was so lovely!Her very calm and organised approach made the whole experience so much easier. She went above and beyond the essentials by supplying additional accessories, designing all our stationary, even being our end of night videographer!Leading up to the wedding all l could say was “l am so glad we have Cait, she is awesome!”.The amount of calls I made to her leading up to the day, on the day and even after it was crazy but she answered every single one! I don’t how she always seemed so calm, even with everything going on, she must be some kind superwomen!I could not recommend anyone more to be your helping hand on your special day and can not boast enough about how she goes above and beyond to ensure you are felt important, prioritised and so very special. I feel like Cait is more like a friend now than anything else and l am actually a little sad it’s all over because l thoroughly enjoyed working with her.From the bottom of my heart thank you once again for everything you have done for us and our wedding, you are amazing! I was a Celebrant for a wedding coordinated by Cait last weekend, and she is nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly calm and reliable while communicating and relying information between vendors, guests and the bridal party. She has a keen eye on everything, being sure to put out even the tiniest of fires before they had the chance to occur. Her can do and overall lovely personality bought a sense of calmness to all those involved on the day. I could not recommend Cait highly enough, and hope to work with her again in future!

Amazing amazing amazing! Cait has been so great to work with - from communication from day 1, to execution on the day itself and even after. Nothing was too difficult for Cait. She worked beautifully with our tight budget and was super flexible with any changes leading up to the day. Planning a large event can be stressful but having Cait there took so much weight off my shoulders and allowed me to fully enjoy the day without worrying about having to coordinate other people and organise everything myself. The styling on the day was so much better than I could’ve imagined. Absolutely recommend!

Engaging Cait's services to be our on-the-day coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding.We locked in all of our vendors including the venue as we were quite sure of the vision of our wedding - Cait then took over closer to our wedding day and managed the vendors on our behalf and was there on the day to make sure everything went smoothly.We had the most incredible wedding day and reception and it was in no small part due to Cait's diligence, care and attention to the fine details of the day. She went above and beyond what we had expected and knew what we needed before even we knew.We cannot recommend Cait enough to others who are looking for an on-the-day coordinator and a stress-free lead up and wedding day.Thank you so much Cait!!
