Quality seem to be getting worse every day. Store is literally 300m away from me, got my delivery after an hour with 2 hard-burnt-to crisp pizzas!! Had to drive there for a refund and was happy to go over 4km for better quality pizza!! The girls always seem to be playing and giggling instead of cooking!! Worst PH store in the world!!

Pizza Hut West Hoxton Park
Honestly, my first time trying Pizza Hut, and it wasn't great. The major problem was the sauce on the base, it was like pasta sauce and just didn't taste too good. Second, one pizza was just FILLED with onions, every bite that I took was onion-filled and I couldn't taste the pizza AT ALL. Might as well become Onion Hut.

LYING THIEVES.Ordered over $90 of food and only received 4 pizzas an 2 drinks. Requested a refund on what was not delivered told I was gonna get a refund 28 December and still waiting

Ordered online 2 hours before, delivery was late half an hour. Couldn’t get through to the store until the next day and the machine kept saying my order was already delivered. My drinks were not delivered.

If you order through google website, you can’t remove any ingredients. The kitchen staff don’t read any notes added I was informed when i went to pick up. Have to order through the app to remove ingredients next time apparently. Nothing on google tells of this. Please fix.

Horrible Pizzas in west hoxton. We ordered recently and found it hard to eat. We had small lumps of tomato pizza sauce everywhere and very less cheese or other ingredients

ordered pizza last night and had about 6 other people waiting with no one at the counter. All we could hear was giggling and gossiping from the back area. Took a solid 5 mins for someone to finally serve us.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal for delivery.Pizza and siders were hot on arrival and all the pizzas were made fantastically with care and generous amounts of topping.Great value and a great meal!
