I had the fortune of attending a Jiu Jitsu class while visiting Sydney and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! Everyone was super welcoming and very knowledgable. It was a great space to train, and I would recommend it to anyone!!

Awesome gym and team for training BJJ, MMA and kickboxing

A legendary academy in Sydney.Friendly faces and great instructors, specially Mr Anthony Lange who is a walking encyclopaedia of Martial Arts.

The owner, Anthony, has an excellent range of techniques and will teach multiple different attacks and defences from the same situation to help increase your awareness of the various options and counters available. His methods are fast paced and very effective. His wife Nikki is also extremely welcoming and helpful, making this a fantastic training facility.

Great MMA gym. Lots of classes to choose from - self defence, competitives, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA - available for all levels. Very mature and experienced trainers. There are even family classes - lots of fun for kids, when they can train together with their parents.

Love this club. Very friendly and respectful atmosphere for men and women. Husband and wife team, Anthony and Nikki Lange are a wealth of experience. Nikki is extremely welcoming and encouraging for any females who are hesitant to join a martial arts club. It can be intimidating walking into a male dominated sport, however the men at this gym are respectful and helpful. A good mix of stand up and grappling martial arts classes.Along with Anthony's extensive knowledge, in brazilian jiu jitsu there is also a large amount of experience across all higher belts, blue, purple, brown and a high amount of black belts. Lange's MMA not only develops stellar fighters, they also facilitate in the development and growth of what it means to be a good human being. Anthony's perceptiveness and care has assisted in shaping my life, and given me the confidence to further manifest whatever I want in this life. Forever grateful for him, and the Langes family/team.

Ive been training at Langes MMA for 9 years ever since I was four and it is the greatest MMA/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym on the Northern Beaches!! Both Anthony,Nikki Lange and all the coaches encourage and inspire all of us kids!! I have learnt so much there and most importantly respect!! Everyone there is helpful and its like one massive family and I'm proud to be part of this amazing club!!

My 5 year old son has been doing BJJ with Anthony for about 7 months now and absolutely loves it. I can’t recommend Lange’s MMA highly enough to other parents out there.
