Very impressed with this Ibis Budget at Campbelltown. The welcomed we received from the receptionist was outstanding, and very friendly. Plenty of options nearby, walking distance to eateties. Lone Star, KFC, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster. Plenty of parking on-site. Very quiet room we had. Continental breakfast available at Hotel for $10.00. Value for money. Would recommend this Ibis Budget.

The name says it all, it is by Australian standards, budget priced accommodation. The property is old and tired looking, the bathroom is hideous. However the saving grace at this property is the staff...they are without doubt the best you will find in any hotel, they are extremely helpful, friendly and genuine.

No soap in dispenser in shower.Surprisingly good air conditioning considering damaged exterior.Bed comfyShower good heat good pressure.Fridge good.Paper cups for coffee.Knew about small rooms size.Had three people stay in room reasonable room size for overnight.

I would like to appreciate the awesome customer service of Jackey, Luke, assistant manager, and Toyla at the reception. Excellent customer service of the housekeeping staff.Simple lovely place!!!!!

Long time 10 year+ customer, back again during the rental crisis.Best budget hotel in Sydney to stay....This place deserves a much higher rating. For the price, they are second to none. Always a 5 - Star experience for me.Many thanks to Luke, Vas, Jackie, Teuila and Alison. And also to the rest of the crew. Always good to see you guys. Let's be honest, they don't call it budget for nothing. Basic rooms, showers you can't swing a cat in. But it was clean and tidy, the guy on reception was friendly and helpful. And it's not like I had to pay for it. Was a work trip.

Nice , clean , cheap and comfortable place .Friendly ,welcoming and professional staff especially Mr Vas ( the manager) gone beyond his limit to help us for after hours check -in . He is well mannered, soft spoken gentleman.Highly recommended Mr Vas - he is an asset for his company.Thank youRegardsRaj and family .

First time staying in room with bunk, disappointed. In need of updating. Bathroom pokey, cracks in floor. Lighting poor. In need of reading lights. Could do with instructions for air conditioning, label all switches.More than 1 stool would of been great.parking by the door for staff, what a joke.How I would describe hotel(further down) no matching choice.This was a budget you get what you pay for if you lucky

really loved our stay , really nice staff even when they had to put up with a cranky old man demanding everything they rose up to the challenge and respected everyone in the area thanks for a good couple of night, will be back
