Katie Kennedy and the team at Plastiras have looked after sale of one of my properties and purchase of two others. In addition, Katie has advised on three contracts for prospective purchases, allowing me to sidestep difficult settlement conditions that I'd thought fair and reasonable in my own blissful ignorance of such things. In the end, I decided not to move this time around, but when I do, Plastiras will handle my sale of my existing residence and purchase elsewhere.
