I needed to get my Jeep serviced but was very wary to let it be serviced by someone else besides Jeep. My son has been taking his jeep to them for the past 2 years and highly recommended me to go to them. He travels all the way from Cranbourne whenever he needs the car service. I reckon it must be good for him to do such a long drive. So I took his advice and rang them to book it in. From the time I rang and spoke to Jodie, to dropping the car, explaining what my concerns were they were all very patient and friendly. John took the time to listen to me and wrote everything down.When I picked up the car , they explained everything and to my surprise I thought that they would have charged me an arm and a leg and told me that there was all these issues but no. They told me nothing was wrong . In the past experiences , I have had many that charged me for things that wasn’t a problem . It was a really good feeling to meet honest and friendly people. It’s been a while. The car felt so good to drive .Thank you again . Jodie you are so nice .

They, are so bad in service. They even charge me extra and still didn’t solve the problem. So, unprofessional and rude mechanics.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS!!!! I could not recommend them enough after I got 0 help from another mechanic near by, they were so willing to help me and saved me a lot of money. I came in not even half an hour before they closed and they knew I needed help and helped me out. The reception lady is wonderful and genuine and the mechanics are evidently great people who care about you and not just $. 10/10 do go to them!!

Only if half a star was an option. Came here few months back for an over heating issue on an MK7 Golf. Told me it was the coolant temperature sensor and it wasn’t part of my warranty policy to cover that part. They seem as if they did the bare minimum to really find out what the issue was only to find out it was the water pump by an actual qualified European specialist mechanic. Not only they charged me $170 for the diagnosis and completely wasted my time but I could have spent another $300 for a part which wasn’t the issue.
