Awesome advice and helpful freindly service without pressure sales. I went there to see if I could find an alternative rugged workwear pants/trousers/jeans, and walked out with more than I intended. When it fits and is comfortable, and finally found workwear pants for my height, you just buy more!

Customer service is an absolute disgrace. What an insulting women on a issue that should have been simply resolved with a phone call not emails that I had to follow up.Paula if you had taken 5 minutes of your day to give me a call instead of me following this up, we could have had an adult conversation instead of you belittling me and insinuating I have taken advantage of and tried to manipulate a situation. I was waiting to hear from you all week to find a resolution and the way you have gone about this is wrong in so many ways.Your customer service is appalling and completely unprofessional.
