Always spoke very highly of Bob Jane Shepparton. Been going here for years with both business and personal tyres. They have been fantastic!Today, Two front tyres of a vehicle changed which is all good and to be honest is the main thing, however...- Tyres were supposed to be completed under fleet services" (stated at placing order on the phone which just makes it nice and easy at our business end) which turns out was not the case on pick-up (I just paid for these

Very poor service and workmanship two attempts to get the correct wheels two 100k round trips and in two months the front tyres are almost destroyed after they wheel aligned it. Never had this problem before and now three trips to get them to attempt another wheel ailment still no joy. I’m out of pocket for two new front tyres $800 and about six trips to Shepparton

Tyre pressure dash light came on my car. Called into Bob Jane Shepparton for assistance.The fellow at front desk checked pressure. 1 tyre bit low so he had another guy take it off & check it for me.All checked & good to go within half an hour.No appointment & was close to closing time.The guys were super nice & friendly & there was no charge.Highly recommend.
