Coming from overseas it is never easy to find reliable mechanics. At Beats automotive, first the service is excellent plus they are 100% trustworthy. We took our van in after another mechanic wanted to change our brakes (pads + discs). Andrew checked and cleaned the brakes and told us they were fine for another 20k and charged us only $50 for the service. We are very grateful for what they have done for us. Highly recommended. Very thorough and serious mechanic. My car was being serviced elsewhere and I had concerns regarding a few issues that kept being minimised and not looked at. Took it to Andrew and he picked up things that were never picked up before but very important for safety. He advised what was necessary and urgent and what wasn't.Job was done very well, good quality work.

We first went to Beats for a second opinion after a high quote for repairs on our Toyota Tarago. They diagnosed problems more accurately for the brakes and suspension, saved us heaps of money and fixed niggly things as well. The car now drives as good as new, before seeing Beats we had been thinking of replacing it.For the last year they have looked after our three cars. It is a huge help to have the mechanic and autoelectrician skills together. On the weekend we had a mysterious problem with the 2016 Corolla's headlights so took it in first thing without an appointment. Again accurate diagnosis was the key, an alternative was found for a part not stocked in Australia, and we will get it back today!These guys are awesome. And they have friendly dogs who like a pat:)

I had my grey import Nissan Mpv's starter motor replaced by Beats.Being a grey import the replacement part was few and far between butyet Allan endeavoured to source and had it installed under 2 business days.Had the part been readily available I am sure it would have been installed within an hour based on my conversation with Allan. As it had a starter motor problem there was only a clicking sound when I turned the ignition. Two mechanics came to my house and managed to start it and drove it to the workshop. This extra special service was not part of their protocol but since I lived within a stone's throw from where they are, they accorded me this service. Allan kept me posted on the progress of the repair and I am utterly delighted with his honesty and sense of responsibility including his friendly team's high standard of work.I am a satisfied customer who would undoubtedly seek his assistance whenever my vehicles need any maintenance or develop any problems in the future.Thanks Allan and your wonderful team.
