I noticed a Facebook special so booked my car in for a service. The workshop was clean and tidy, and the staff polite and friendly. The new manager Olly was extremely helpful and did a great job of keeping me informed through the service. There is plenty of things to do in the shopping centre right next door while you wait. The guys did a great job, and the price was very reasonable, so I highly recommend you give Olly and his team a go. Thanks!

Had my car service over 10 years every 6 months with my old mobile mechanic company never have issue with the coolant. After move house, got this Ultra tune Redbank to do my car yearly servicing just for trying out the service. But my car engine got overheated and got tow away home during my work time after had the service done. The mechanic of RACQ roadside assist told me that the cable was popped out from the coolant and killed my car engine, it was due to it was not fitted properly. I went back to check my yearly servicing report. It was OK checked by Ultra Tune Redbank. Called back they told me that they have to order $7K to source a new engine for my car. They told me they cannot source it 4 days later due to my car is discontinued model after I have lost one week of work. I will not recommended anyone for these Ultra Tune.

Great service! Called up to get my air-con fixed in my car as it stopped working and they where able to book me in the following day. It turned out I had issues with my air-con and lack of parts around but they went above and beyond to find the part for the air-con. Once they found the part they booked me in within two days and the air-con is now working and running great. The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful when I came in to pick up and pay for the car they managed to do it cheaper than the qouted price which was amazing especially coming up to Christmas. Rang other places who where all booked out for at least two weeks and was recommended by a friend about the service here so I rang and they got me in within a few days. Very happy with the service and will be using again. Super friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend

The team at Redbank was amazing! I called with no notice and they were able to fit me in for the day to fix my problem. Not only that, they checked a few other things and I was barely out of pocket! Thanks guys.
