The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with our multiple requests. The shared common kitchen/lounge downstairs is equipped with everything you need especially the gourmet coffee machine which we put to good use. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We would definitely go back

So well appointed! Room is large and tastefully furnished with a beautiful en suite. Unlike a hotel there is an additional floor for guests to use the fabulous kitchen and dining space that is wonderfully equipped. Fabulous place!

This venue has excellent service and very warm and welcoming. The kitchen /living area is extremely clean and very professional. Sheets and linen was hotel quality (5 stars) and very comfy bed. The decor is inspired by the seaplanes that live next door which is pretty amazing. Highly recommend it even for family. Thanks having us. We will be back!

Being a new Pilot and having flown in with a 3 month old on this first fly away, the experience of it all is unforgettable. The Seabird have set the standards high for a FBO accommodation. We taxied up to the hangar, James (one of the Pilots who also manage the place) met us and informed that we could park the plane in the hangar, helped us pull in- push out for plane washing. James was always popping his head out of the office checking on us if we needed a hand (I was in and out of the hangar). He offered insights on everything, from things to do at Moruya to Aviation related information and tips.Tim, the owner also met us and again the hospitality is top notch. Knowing that we had flown in, has offered his car to use if we needed to get around (so we did). kayaks and bikes were offered for use.The amenities included a fully functioning kitchen with a proper coffee machine. The only thing missing was paper towel in the kitchen and perhaps a BBQ. (but I'm sure this has been added to the list). As a flyaway experience, this has actually instilled in my head that every flyaway experience should be like this. This is very encouraging for us pilots to flyaway more.We will be back!kayaking, beach, fishing, walking trails, cycling, picnics. There are also the Moruya Riverside markets.

I didn’t get to stay there or visit, as the job that I was going down to the Airport to do got cancelled. But I have to say, the Manager was SUPER helpful. Ensuring that not only I, but the Pilot of the plane I was meeting would be made welcome and have somewhere to relax until I drove my clients back for their return. The Manager even said he would make a car available for the Pilot to drive into town if he wished! Gratis!!!(I guess if you can’t trust a Pilot with driving your car, who can you trust!)I would love the opportunity to stay there from this one telephone encounter soon.

I stay here every second week for work and it is an amazing place. The rooms are always amazingly made up and the espresso machine gives me the kick I need to face the day every morning.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s a scenic 5 minute drive to the local town and only 20 or so minutes to Batesman’s bay and Mogo. Don’t be turned off by the airport as it is very quiet. The hotel has a modern, classy vibe and the rooms are pretty sound proof and have these amazing block out curtains that make the whole room so dark! There is a communal kitchen which is beautiful to use and very quiet. The host, Tim, was very lovely and super accommodating. We booked in very last minute but he helped us to get in and get settled. We would definitely stay here again!

Noisy from non-stopped footsteps of other guests upstair. Not as peaceful as expected. Prices were high. Good facilities in room and common room.Large room facing a small road where cars passed by sometimes. Looking over the great view of the river nearby. Easily walked to the river and access a boat ramp.Bed was pretty comfortable with choices of pillows. Air conditioner worked well.Good large toilet with surprisingly good quality shampoo and conditioner.

Hands down one of the best hotel/motel we stayed on our trip. Rooms are well equipped with a minimalist design and staff is very friendly and proactive. The common area has a coffee machine and grinder for guests to use so that is a great idea.
