Their work is shocking considering how pricey they are

Poor effort from spanline. I am not happy about this since I paid a lot of money for my verandahSpanline did not send enough builders to do the job and my husband had to constantly help them with physical labour . You’d think for $42000 you’d send more than 1 builder .Spanline builder took bricks off my steps in my garden without my permission.The poles were scratched and all they offered was a small tube of spray paint for us to fix it up ourselves.We had to rush to get solar panels off and were not given much notice only to be told the build was doing to be delayed as the correct permits were not obtained prior.Had to constantly chase spanline with emails to see where things were going .No compensation was offered for this.Do not build with spanline!

Spanline Bendigo under pay and short pay their contractors, they are terrible company to work for, it’s any wonder they are short of contractors and can’t find anyone to install their product.

If your home isn't new enough they don't even bother sending you a quote. I may have accepted. Pretty woman moment.

Very disappointing experience - continual errors in the installation of our pergola resulting in long delays. The delayed completion date and a complete lack of communication by Spanline has left us very disappointed.
