Friendly, genuine staff. No pushy sales or up selling in regards to brands. Our cat has been going there since she was a kitten and they are always helping offering friendly advise. They supply and put on Soft Paws for claws. We highly recommend them!

Took our rabbit to BG vet for nails to be clipped and vet carried her with her legs dangling and then brought her back after clipping her nails and told us he has accidentally cut too far and made her bleed. Also, the staff show no empathy towards her .We've gotten her home and she's in so much pain. Not happy at all.

Such a great experience here after a bad one at another vets. Kind, attentive, and more for the care of the animal rather than making money. My dog wouldn’t stop coughing and the vet knew straight away what it was. After a simple procedure, I went back to pick her up - the vet took the time to explain what happened, what medication she needs, what the next steps were - everything a vet should do. Extremely grateful to them.

I have regarded the Banksia Grove Veterinary Clinic, for my dog, cat and rabbit, as my go to animal health carer.I arrived home with my young daughter a couple of weeks ago. She found our cat lying on the floor in a state of anxiety, paralysed from the mid-torso down, dragging himself around the house, voicing his concerns regarding his own well-being.I quickly examined Winston, assuming he had possibly been hit by a vehicle, no visible trauma. I then proceeded to immediately call my local vet, not for a minute assuming they would turn me away.I was shocked at this time, not for a minute expecting this response. Trying to explain to my daughter, I need to find another clinic to look at Winston, this causing even more distress for her and myself. Winston was finally taken to Drovers Veterinary Hospital, happy to accommodate me at this time of need, at short notice.Winston was euthanised the following morning as there was no treatment to remedy his condition. Drovers Clinic were exceptional in all aspects of the process.Now the dust has settled, Winston has been laid to rest, I feel betrayed by those entrusted to look after my pet’s wellbeing, no empathy was afforded, no questions were asked, basically just go away, we’re busy.Winston was part of our family for 11 years, we miss him…

Took my dog Ripley to BGVH today and could not be happier.Ripley is always pleased to see Colin. I left my best mate there for the day and picked her up after work. I would not feel comfortable leaving her with any other vet.

Super friendly staff and they seem to be amazing with the animals. Not too badly priced either.Reasonably easy to get an appointment within a day or two

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am extremely impressed with the entire service provided by all staff at the clinic. I was informed upfront of the cost, which ended up actually being less than expected. I was contacted before, during and after the surgery to provide updates and alleviate my anxiety, which I found such a beautiful personal service to provide. I was provided accurate and easy to follow after care instructions. I wish to thank all the staff for taking such great care of my little guy, Thank you so very much!! I highly recommend Banksia Grove Vet Hospital

All the staff were so helpful, friendly and very professional. Our dog needed TPLO surgery and has recovered well, the care through the process was great and genuine and we are so happy with their service.
