First Choice Shower Screen

Would not recommend this company. Lots and lots of issues and job never got done. First they delivered wrong glass door. Delivery guy damaged wall bringing glass in. Delivery guy measured our original door frame. Several days later, we were told they needed to come measure again and we would be charged xtra, when we complained about the fee and wall damage, they reduced fee by 50%. They (First Choice) Came back again, took measurements again for custom door a second time (spent 25 mins measuring). a week later, arranged another delivery, we waited but driver was a no show, had to rearrange our work schedule to once again meet the delivery driver, driver finally showed up a few days later, but twice measured custom door didn't fit, First Choice Shower screens threw in the towel and gave up. Couldn't do the job and issued us a refund. The whole process wasted a full month of our time and they still didn't complete the job. Buyer beware

These guys reflect their business name exactly. I was referred to them by a family member who used them many years ago. I got a custom-made showerscreen and the whole process was extremely fast and easy. They came to measure quickly, ordered and installed exactly as they said they would. Very professional and no hesitation in recommending them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!After spending time trying to find a solution to my shower I thought maybe this mob could be the pariah to all my problems. How very wrong I was!After one solution couldnt be met I tried another but they told me it was too hard for them to do. They said it is best you search and find your own way to do it. I said ok and then I would need a refund on what I no longer needed. The two sales people had a conversation andsaid without even looking that one of the pieces was scratched and I had to pay the full price of the item.In no way was it scratched and they said I had to pay.I will never do business with these people again!The manager didn't even come out to talk to me just rattled off in Chinese to her off sider and I got stung with no solution and a set of hot and cold taps I dont want.Poor service, unhappy customer and no solution to my problem!Stay away!

Had good experience here asked a lot of questions ended up ordering bath shower screen taps toilet and accessories. Jessica came to my house and measured up shower so that I got a standard shower so it didn’t cost extra very helpful service. Good price compared to other stores all in all very happy thanks jessica

Terrible experience, would definitely not recommend buying from this store; would place a -5 star rating if I could. Inconsiderate, terrible after service care. My recommendation = walk away whilst you still can. No dealing with this lot = best.They provided very friendly service at the time of purchase, we ended up purchasing a LED mirror for approx $600 about a year ago and the LED started flickering off after 2 min of switching it on after about a year. LED's are suppose to last a very long time (2 years at least!). if the mirror's LED is not functioning, would one not just purchase a regular mirror which would cost maybe 100-200 instead of 3x price??Long story short, followed up with the store, they were not very friendly or helpful but agreed to on-forward my email to the product providers (since the store's just getting the bux for on selling); I didn't hear back from the store post my email for 2-3 weeks, so I followed up with an email to which i didnt hear back and hence i called and was advised that they have forward my email and that the product providers would contact me directly. Anyways, i followed up the product providers and they advised they emailed the store what to follow and never mentioned that they would be in contact with end consumers; the product providers were very helpful, understood the situation and organised a replacement to be sent and did not require the faulty one to be returned as this would be getting end consumers to go pick up, get electrician to uninstall and reinstall and then more man power to return back to store BUT" the store wants you to do the extra leg work and bring them the faulty one when they could've been helpful at the very beginning and ask consumer to provide recording of issue and assist with resolving (but of course they never did

First Choice Shower Screen installed my bathroom screens over a year ago and they are amazing, strong and good quality. My two boys have fell on the shower screen, slammed the glass door multiple times and I don't know how it is still standing strong. Customer service was amazing, Jessica is very responsive and patient and answers all questions.

Too pricey. They think this is your first and last shop to go and shop. So they charge a lot compare to others. Got our shower screen half price cheaper elsewhere, same design and style, better stronger quality. They only want to talk to you when its money time!!

They put a frameless shower door in our investment flat in summer hill. Cheapest quote by far and excellent job. Good communication- Robert is great. And looksvery high quality. Am going to get them to put a new shower screen in our home now too.
