We ordered take-away - I was surprised how filling it was. Great little idea, to have bento boxes with a lot of variety of choices in the mix. I especially loved the takoyaki, and the green tea cheese cake at the end. Loved the miso as well. Arigatou-gozaimasu Benton Bento!

Really tasty! I accidentally ordered from this place online thinking it was in the city, and drove all the way out to pick it up in person, but as annoyed as I was for the return trip, the food completely blew me away. It’s really hard get really tasty Japanese food in melb without it being a weird fusion. Very nice options for vegetarian‘s also!

delicious unagi bento boxes. pricier than most delivery meals- however the eel in both boxes were very good quality; not too much fat, and fresh. Really good, wish the serving of eel were larger! the premium bento would have benefitted from some salad. Both boxes would also benefit from an additional compartment for a piece of fruit (desert) to complete the authentic bento experience. 2 bentos and 1 seafood salad =approx 70$. curious what it is like to dine in at - so i’ll may that.

Food is presented beautifully and tastes great but it is crazy expensive! For example, $30 - $36 for a takeaway bento box and $20 for a takeaway rice bowl that is mostly steamed rice and frozen vegetables.

The food was very oily. Didn't reflect authentic Japanese food at all. I'm not going back. Photos need to be updated on the website !

Second time I requested vegetarian Kyoto Omu Fried rice and I was given an order with meat. Fortunately, I'm not vegetarian for religious reasons and I didn't want to waste food so I was able to remove the meat shown in the photo. But this is just downright disrespectful. It would be great if you can make it clear on your online website that dishes cannot be altered than just ignore a really clear note.

I am absolutely in love with this food! Every time we order i try something new and am impressed without fail. A great experience with both delivery and pick up. Can't wait until we can go in and eat the food in a restaurant. Love to support business like this.
